‘Hoof Man’ Incidents Described at Yavapai Nation Reservation, Arizona

The ‘Hoof Man’ entity, that is said to stalk the Yavapai Nation Reservation in Arizona, is described in two incidents experienced by the witness. A tall black entity with glowing red eyes.

“I saw the Hoof Man (a creature said to stalk the Fort McDowell, Yavapai Nation Reservation in Maricopa County, Arizona) twice in my life. Both sightings were at night time.

The first time, I was 6-years-old attending a family cookout. We began hearing hooves running around our house very fast. Everyone was outside enjoying themselves when suddenly, all the adults began to quiet down. Everyone got quiet, so all we could hear was hooves moving at a very fast unnatural pace. My mom began rushing the kids inside when suddenly, all the electricity in the house shut off.

As we were surrounded by the silence and darkness we could hear the heavy breathing of a large animal. Suddenly, we heard a loud thump, as if something hit the ground really hard. And the sound was right in our front yard. We heard a rustling then suddenly, the lights and music came back on. My grandpa then shouted “He stole our meat!” Everyone came to realize the raw meat that they had just put on the grill was gone. But then they noticed a single pair of hoof prints in front of the grill and some type of animal hair was left on the grill as well. Everyone rushed inside because they were obviously terrified.

My uncles grabbed their guns and went looking for it, but found nothing. Everyone knew who took the meat without having to say it. This was back in 1998 on Fort McDowell.

The second time was the most frightening since we actually saw him up close. All I can say is what I saw that night is exactly what was usually described. A very large (at least 8 foot tall) solid black entity with glowing red eyes.” CS

Liquid Matthew Murder

On Sunday, December 6th, 1983, two joggers found the body of Patino Gutierrez dead in a car lot in Miami, FL. As they tried to investigate the murder, they found pieces of paper with cryptic clues tied on in plastic bags near the crime scene.

One of the clues read, “Yes, Matthew is dead, but his body not felt. Those brains were not Matt’s because his body did melt. For Billy threw Matt in some hot, boiling oil. To confuse the police for the mystery they did toil.” The police were alarmed. Were these clues related to the murder of Gutierrez? Who was Matt, and had there been any reports of liquified bodies recently?

Scrambling for answers in fear that a serial killer was on the loose, they released the clues in the paper to see if they could get any leads, and the clue writer quickly contacted the police to explain everything. The clues were for a murder mystery scavenger hunt that a local youth group had hosted. They had to stop due to a thunderstorm and couldn’t collect the rest of the clues. Matthew was just a character in a mystery; there was no liquified body at all.

Police closed the Gutierrez case a few days later when they learned that a drug cartel had killed him, though no arrests were ever made. As for the youth group leader, who embarrassedly had to admit he was the infamous Liquid Matthew writer: he didn’t get in trouble and just had to learn to live this one down.

Rex Heuermann Charged with 4th Murder

In July 2023, a resident of Massapequa Park on Long Island was arrested and charges with three of the four serial murders known as “The Gilgo Four” in Gilgo Beach, New York. This man, Rex Heuermann, has now been charged with the fourth murder. The four victims he has been charged with are Megan Waterman, Melissa Barthelemy, Amber Costello, and Maureen Brainard-Barnes.

His suspected body count is 10 or 11, meaning more charges may arise as new evidence is unturned, but these four victims will now hopefully get justice as the case travels through the court system.

Possible new evidence in the D.B. Cooper mystery

An amateur sleuth by the name of Eric Ulis is optimistic the D.B. Cooper mystery will be solved in 2024. Ulis has been fighting for access to D.B. Cooper’s tie which was left in the plane before he sky dove away. Ulis states that the accessory contained a unique particle that could help to identify D.B. Cooper based off the man’s employer.

This particle matches U.S. patent information for Crucible Steel in Pennsylvania, a company that also worked on the Boeing 727 line that would give D.B. inside knowledge of the aircraft. An employee of Crucible Steel was in Seattle at the time of the hijacking and could lead to conclusive evidence of the identity of a modern mystery.
